Het <a href=\"https:\/\/nl.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Diafragma_(optica)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">diafgrama<\/a>, de <a href=\"https:\/\/nl.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Belichtingstijd\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sluitertijd<\/a> en de <a href=\"https:\/\/nl.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Filmgevoeligheid\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">gevoeligheid<\/a> bepalen samen de hoeveelheid licht die nodig is voor een optimale belichting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In het <a href=\"https:\/\/nl.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Menselijk_oog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">menselijk oog<\/a> wordt de hoeveelheid licht, die op het <a href=\"https:\/\/nl.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Netvlies\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">netvlies<\/a> valt, be\u00efnvloedt door de <a href=\"https:\/\/nl.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Iris_(anatomie)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">iris<\/a> die de grootte van de <a href=\"https:\/\/nl.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Pupil_(anatomie)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pupil<\/a> regelt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img
